  1. Previous job industry/work

    After graduating from graduate school, I worked as a civil servant for nine and a half years.
    For the first four years, I worked in the city planning department, mainly involved in formulating plans related to the revitalization of public transportation, barrier-free urban development, and city planning decisions, and was in charge of the secretariat for the operation of various councils and councils. .
    For most of the rest of my time, I was seconded to the Tokyo 2020 Organization Committee and was in the venue management department, which oversees all internal and external stakeholders.
    In the preparation phase, we mainly created a venue management plan, which is a master plan for venue management. In an unprecedented situation, I was able to manage to finish the competition that I've never had before.

  2. Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?

    I felt a sense of accomplishment and a sense of loss after completing the big job of the Olympics and Paralympics.
    I was vaguely thinking about changing jobs because I wanted to do a job GLOBIS would allow me to contribute to society with like-minded people and create a “0 to 1” job.

  3. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS

    As of now, there is no gap in a good way. As mentioned in the reason why I decided to join the company, I was originally attracted to the corporate culture of GLOBIS and the personalities of its employees. The feeling I had at the time has not wavered even now, three months after joining the company. Synergies I believe that GLOBIS is the only place where people from such diverse backgrounds can work together without conflict or confrontation.
    One thing I have noticed since joining the company is the high potential of GLOBIS.
    In my case, I joined G1, a company to which I was transferred from the beginning, not GLOBIS itself, so to be honest, I joined the company without knowing in detail the overall business and position of GLOBIS. However, the company is in a position to aim not only for the top of Japan but also for the top of the world in all its businesses, including management graduate school, corporate training, and venture capital. I feel fortunate to have been able to join such a company, and at the same time, I feel that it is a company that should be known by more and more people.

  4. What is your current job?

    I belong to the project management team of general incorporated association G1 in the form of a secondment from President's Office & Entrepreneurship.
    "G1" refers to leaders in various fields such as politics, economics, business, science and technology, culture, etc., discussing beyond their positions, gaining good friends regardless of industry, and contributing to a better future for Japan. It is a platform created with the purpose of creating synergies and new actions.
    The main role of the team I am in is to design and manage the overall planning of the G1 and the day's operations. More specifically, while working closely with Hori, the representative, and the membership team that communicates with the participants, 1) program planning such as sessions and entertainment, 2) operation design such as venues, meals, and transportation, and 3) management system. We will oversee the design and operation of the day.
    Above all, the unique appeal of G1 is that you can see up close the thoughts and actions of the leaders of various fields that appeared in the media yesterday. I have experienced G1 twice in the three months since I joined the company, and it has been a continuous experience of stimulation and learning.

  5. What I want to achieve in my future career

    This has been the theme of past G1 sessions, and I hope that we can contribute to the realization of an inclusive society realized by multi-stakeholders by providing a better network infrastructure. increase.
    In particular, when I held the Olympics and Paralympics, a world-class event, I often felt that the power of one person is very small. On the other hand, the existence of the person who takes action first is indispensable, and I also learned that the possibilities are endless when all parties think and work together beyond the boundaries of the industry under a clear vision. rice field.
    If it weren't for the G1 that I was involved in, people who wouldn't have interacted with each other will create a big wave that will have an impact on society through a chain of mutual actions. With the great motivation of connecting a more affluent society to our children's generation, I would like to design a chain of such changes and become a person who can trigger as many initial actions as possible.

  6. Episodes that felt "GLOBIS-like"

    We thoroughly pursue the impact that each and every job brings, down to the smallest detail.
    Many employees are always conscious of what GLOBIS /G1 can create and provide. That's why, if I'm not satisfied, or if there's something better, I often throw away what I've built up so far and shift to a new plan.
