As I started talking to people from various industries and companies through this project, I began to think that I could get closer to them, not just the theme of the project, but also the issues they were facing together. I became interested in targeted adult education.

I joined the company because I thought it was an attractive place where I could realize my desire to be close to business people's awareness of issues.
While working with people from various companies on projects, I find it difficult to take the first step because I have a vague awareness of the issues and don't know what to do, and even though I want to continue growing, I can't get started because I don't have a chance. I noticed that there are many people.
I thought that if these people took the first step and improved their skills, they would be a great force and Organization would be even more active. GLOBIS, where many people gather, was very attractive.
In particular, I found the work at FGO very rewarding, as I was involved in the development of teaching materials, and was able to participate in training programs and schools while interactively exchanging opinions with business people, and decided to join the company.

What was more than I had imagined was that there are people with a truly diverse range of specialties, and each of them is engaged in work that makes the most of their strengths.
From the standpoint of a company employee, I thought that there were many aspects of doing the work required by Organization, even though I didn't want to do it myself. It was a place where I could show my individuality with the right person in the right place.
In addition, I feel that it is a wonderful culture to keep motivation high by having members who are full of curiosity and eager to learn gather, hold study groups and reading groups, and learn together.

I belong to a department called FGO (Faculty Group Office), and I mainly give lectures at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University and corporate training, as well as create and maintain teaching materials.
Within the department, I belong to the GLOBIS AI Management Education Research Institute (GAiMERi) nano-MBA, which conducts management education research using AI. I am involved in the development of
Developing content while thinking about "What content would be useful for a busy business person?", "What kind of approach would be more effective?" It's fun.
In addition, as a lecturer for graduate school classes and training, I have many opportunities to directly interact with business people. It is a very happy moment to hear voices such as "I can feel that the is evolving."

We would like to increase the number of “people” who will become the driving force to revitalize Organization and, by extension, the world. To that end, we continue to think about ways in which business people can become aware of, nurture, and exercise their individual abilities, and help them tackle various issues.
In times of rapid change, I myself continue to learn, update information, and provide attractive content. I want to continue to be involved in creating and improving the learning experience for adults.

Of course, it comes with responsibilities, but being involved in a field that interests you will help you to be highly motivated and ambitious.
