Joined a major general printing company as a new graduate. I was in charge of corporate sales for a major cosmetics and beverage manufacturer, and was involved in the planning, production, and production of product promotion measures.
In addition to printed materials such as posters and catalogs, there are also large store fixtures, design and operation of the campaign secretariat, application development, etc. I was attracted by the number of people involved and the wide range of products handled.

Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?
I was very impressed by the fact that everyone I met during the recruiting process at GLOBIS believed in the possibilities of education for adults, and spoke seriously with pride and commitment to high quality.
I wanted to make use of the intangible solution sales skills I had cultivated in my previous job, so I talked to people from various industries such as system integrators and the human resources industry while looking for a job. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS
Before joining the company, I was very nervous because I had an image of everyone being logical and doing their work coolly and quietly. It's true that logical communication is required in discussions, but there were more events than I expected where people could casually chat over the boundaries of departments.
Also, I was surprised that everyone in the company has a “only one axis” and "kokorozashi", and that there is a culture where we can talk openly without being ashamed of it. I still remember how excited I told my family, ``Is there such a passionate, self-propelled Organization in today's Japan?''
Many people are full of intellectual curiosity, and many voluntary study groups and reading groups are held, so as long as you are at GLOBIS, it seems that you will never be hungry for stimulation. -
What is your current job?
After gaining sales experience in GLOBIS Corporate Education, I now serve as the leader of the SEO marketing team in a department responsible for marketing activities for all corporate services.
Our mission is to create new connections with customers and build their trust that "you can't go wrong with GLOBIS." To achieve this, we place great importance on deeply understanding users' search intent and emotional movements, and delivering truly valuable information.
Specifically, we are responsible for everything from selecting keywords that fit the concerns and issues of our users, to planning and producing web content such as columns, interviews, and white papers, to designing website navigation and analyzing and improving data. We pay close attention to every detail so that users can easily find the information they want.
With a shared desire to "create something great," we work with highly motivated members, trying and testing things to make our first contact with GLOBIS the best it can be. This constant challenge is what makes it so rewarding. -
What I want to achieve in my future career
I want to increase the number of vibrant Organization in Japan. To achieve this, "I want to create an opportunity for as many people as possible to realize their own potential." This is my ambition.
In this era of rapid change, with the advancement of generative AI and other advances, digital marketing is also evolving day by day. We aim to deliver the value of GLOBIS and the "joy of serious learning" in a way that suits the times, while constantly catching up with new information and technology.
In order to create an environment where members can work autonomously, I aim to be a leader who can provide clear guidelines and encourage challenges so that they can work toward their goals without hesitation even in the rapidly changing digital field. In addition, I would like to continue learning myself, not just to hone my expertise in individual measures, but also to gain a deep understanding of the strategy of the entire Organization and become part of a team with a broad perspective.
We will continue to take on the challenge of conveying value through the power of marketing and supporting the growth of people and Organization through learning. -
Episodes that felt "GLOBIS-like"
The sense of speed and unity within the company when the first state of emergency was declared during the COVID-19 pandemic. In an unprecedented situation where no one had the right answer, each employee held discussions with a strong sense of mission and worked at full speed to implement everything they could do for society right now. As they went through the ultra-fast PDCA cycle, there were times when decisions were changed from one day to the next. However, no one looked down, and we all came together and continued to move forward, an experience that I believe symbolizes the unique character of GLOBIS as an autonomous, self-sustaining Organization, and gave us the confidence to continue to support us in the future.
We were grateful to receive supportive messages from our customers such as, "'Never stop learning' is a great slogan. We're counting on you." This was a moment that made us feel proud once again that we are a company that contributes to society.
Message for those who are thinking about job change to GLOBIS
