I worked at several venture companies.
I mainly developed my own service, and mainly dealt with curation systems such as blog services. -
Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?
It was because the education business seemed interesting and because I could create the foundation for kaizen with my own hands. At the time of the interview, GLOBIS was building a data analysis platform and was just starting to move to "kaizen" the education business in a data-driven way. The interviewees were all nice people, and I decided to join the company because I thought that this would have a big impact on my business education for working adults.

Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS
Being able to work with interesting people within the company. It's fun to talk with people from various backgrounds, and there are so many kind people who make it easy to work. I also find it attractive to be around people who say, “This person is very knowledgeable about what I want to do.”

What is your current job?
As an engineering manager, I am facing both technical and Organization issues.
Compared to when I joined the company, the number of people and the number of teams have increased, and there are many times when the methods that were working well until yesterday don't work as well. I am doing my best to solve problems through trial and error. -
What I want to achieve in my future career
Improving our products as quickly as possible and continuously delivering value to our customers.
I want to balance business and development so that productivity does not decline even if the scale of the product increases.
