GLOBIS Corporate Education

We support the promotion of “creation and transformation of companies” through the provision of services and solutions for human resource development and Organization development. We aim to be a partner who can be consulted first for solving management and Organization issues.
There are two Organization according to the solution characteristics, "GLOBIS Executive Development (GED)" and "GLOBIS Corporate Solutions (GCS)" are working together.

About department

The corporate division of GLOBIS has a mission to "promote the creation and transformation of companies through human resource development and Organization development."
Among them, we are in charge of specific clients (mainly large companies and emerging growth companies in the industry), which account for about 10% of the entire corporate sector. Toward the realization of management strategies, we support problem solving in the area of "personnel and Organization Ability Development" while closely following for several years.

Narrowing down the number of clients in charge of each consultant to about 5 companies, 1) management reform (management reform, medium-term strategy formulation, philosophy penetration), 2) leader reform (next-generation leader development, middleman reform), 3) division reform (new business creation and sales reform, etc.)   In these three fields, we support human resource development and Organization Ability Development.
Through these activities, we aim to earn the trust of our clients' management leaders as a "partner in resolving management and Organization issues."

We also play an important role in building a community with the client's management and disseminating knowledge on the latest management agenda.

Consultants and operation teams work together to provide an optimal learning environment for these highly difficult projects. As a result, we have achieved a very high NPS (Customer Satisfaction).

Medium- to long-term vision

Our vision for 2027 is to become the "world's No. 1 partner in human and Organization Ability Development."

Thirty years have passed since we launched our corporate services, and in Japan, we have established ourselves as a "partner in human resources executives' development of human and Organization Ability Development." Furthermore, in 2022, we built a global network of five locations (Japan, Europe, the United States, China, and ASEAN), acquiring Organization strength to deliver value to our clients on a global scale.

Based on the position and capabilities we have cultivated, we aim for the global market. Furthermore, we will provide the same services not only to Japanese companies but also to non-Japanese companies, further improving the quality of our partnerships and aiming to become "a partner in the human resources and Organization aspects for business leaders."

To achieve this, it is absolutely essential that talented and diverse individuals are able to work with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
We aim to create an organization where individuals can realize their ideal way of working (career), where these diverse ways of working become the source of value creation, where professionalism and outstanding teamwork coexist, and where we are constantly challenging ourselves, learning, and growing. As a result, we want to create Organization where everyone can take pride in working here.

Division characteristics

Our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work as highly specialized professionals.
We have a comprehensive education system to train inexperienced people to become professionals, and we also provide comprehensive training support to help people build diverse careers. Many members have developed into highly specialized personnel in 3 to 5 years.

Also, because we deal with intangible services, especially tailor-made solutions, it is extremely important for us to circulate and learn knowledge about new Management Knowledge, social trends, and various client initiatives within Organization.
For this reason, the open dissemination of knowledge within the department is encouraged, and a system has been put in place to allow for immediate research into a wide range of knowledge.

There is also active interaction among members. By exchanging opinions on a variety of topics and working together, we have become Organization not only has a high level of expertise but also a sense of unity.
We also work on various Ability Development, regular Organization surveys, coaching, and one-on-one follow-up, all in an effort to create better Organization and systems.

Interdepartmental collaboration/
synergy

By actively collaborating with each department, we have developed a large number of various corporate services and continue to provide services to our clients.

For example, we propose a wide range of solutions by collaborating with the marketing team, GLOBIS Executive Development in another GLOBIS Corporate Education, and GLOBIS Digital Platform.
In addition, we are promoting projects with Faculty Group Office in terms of training instructors, which is the foundation of service provision, and content creation.
In addition, to create a management-level community, we are holding the "G1 Management Meeting" in cooperation with President's Office & Entrepreneurship.

I think that all of these are examples that give us a sense of the expansion of GLOBIS' business.
