I joined a major integrated printing company right after graduating from university and worked in corporate sales.
My responsibilities ranged from proposing packaging solutions to planning and managing labor-saving measures in manufacturing facilities and promotions (such as Instagram management and landing page creation), primarily for food manufacturers.
Having been assigned to a regional sales office, I found it rewarding from the start to be able to propose solutions across a wide range of areas, not just within the business division, and to interact with many people both inside and outside the company.
Building relationships with various people in a new environment and working to "expand our clients' possibilities" was a very enriching experience, and I am still grateful for the environment at my previous job, where I was given many opportunities to take on challenges, including failures.

While I found my work fulfilling, as my life stage changed, I increasingly worried about how to build my future career within my current environment.
I felt I had reached the limits of consistently achieving results through a work style that relied on individual skills, and when I considered challenging myself in a new environment, the main reason I joined this company was because I was deeply impressed by what the current leader said during my job interview: "To consistently provide better support to our customers, success can only be achieved when we have created a system that allows Organization to produce significant results."
My perspective broadened from believing that it was right to work for customers even at the expense of family and health, and I thought, "I want to work hard in this Organization to expand the possibilities for success creation in many Organization from the perspective of human resource development."
Furthermore, the fact that the job offered the opportunity to directly interact with many people, including customers, and that it was a field where I could utilize my marketing and sales experience, which I had grown increasingly interested in, were also deciding factors in my decision to join the company.

I was certainly impressed by the passion with which the professionals worked, but having also taken GLOBIS' critical thinking training several times in my previous job, I had the impression that there were many logical and intelligent people. Because of that, I also felt anxious about whether I could keep up.
However, after joining the company, I found everyone to be friendly, kind, and communicate with genuine care. There's a culture of supporting and working together to find better solutions whenever someone feels even the slightest bit of a problem, so I feel that discussions in every community are always lively and moving forward in a positive direction.
Furthermore, I was impressed by how active club activities and company events were, in addition to study groups and book clubs. I think it's wonderful that there's an environment where you can easily talk to people from other departments, and that there's a psychologically safe Organization culture where you can express your "likes."

I work in inside sales in the corporate marketing department.
Inside sales teams belong to the marketing Organization and act as a bridge to the field sales Organization. While many companies have inside sales teams within the sales department, at GLOBIS, inside sales teams belong to the marketing department. By closely coordinating customer communication within the department, they plan, implement, and review marketing strategies from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
The role of inside sales is to engage with individuals who have found GLOBIS' information useful and are considering consulting with GLOBIS to address their talent development challenges.
Because our role is to be the initial point of contact, we want to be the catalyst for people to start trusting "GLOBIS".
We not only provide information tailored to your interests, but we also strive to maintain attentive and supportive communication at all times.

By revitalizing Organization, I want to contribute to creating a society where every employee can positively embrace self-realization, and where both individuals and Organization can expand their possibilities.
Since joining GLOBIS, I've increasingly felt that "I can do what I want to do without giving up!"
I was planning to enroll in the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University, but then I found out I was pregnant. I was worried that it would be difficult to attend classes, but I received advice from many people, and I was able to decide to continue my studies without giving up. With the help and support of many people, I was able to balance family, work, and studies without giving up, and this has given me confidence that I have expanded my own possibilities.
Beyond personal growth, I want to share what I've learned with Organization and those around me, and create an environment where everyone can proactively believe in their potential, act with a touch of ambition, and strive towards self-realization.
I may have said something rather audacious, but I myself will continue to update and improve without stopping my progress.

For example, when considering "what kind of email should we send to better capture customer interest" as one of our strategies, we thoroughly consider it from a broad perspective, asking questions such as "What is the purpose and goal of this communication?", "Why is it necessary to capture their interest at this time?", and "Will customers be happy to receive this email?".
Furthermore, we intentionally create time for each individual to engage in critical thinking and for group discussions to take place amidst our work. I feel that this is Organization that respects and values the effort involved in thinking. I believe we all share the belief that we cannot create anything new without continuously thinking.
