  1. Previous job industry/work

    At my previous job, a telecommunications company, I was in corporate sales for seven years.
    When I first joined the company, I was proposing and providing solutions for the core telecommunications business to companies, but from my third year at the company, I was working as a full-time salesperson in new business areas. Beyond the scope of existing solutions, we proposed and provided solutions to customer issues, aiming for business co-creation.
    Through my activities in new business areas, I have come to feel that no matter how excellent solutions are out there, it is important for companies (both on the provider side and the customer side) to have personnel and Organization that can master them. rice field.

  2. Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?

  3. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS

    In terms of working style, I used to control my own sales activities at my previous job, so from what I heard at the interview, I had an image that GLOBIS could be flexible. However, when I joined the company, I felt that the working style and the range of duties were more flexible than I had imagined.

  4. What is your current job?

    In GLOBIS Corporate Education, we make proposals for the development issues of the companies in charge. Currently, we are in charge of about 100 companies, with a wide range of customers from large companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, and in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, retail, and IT.
    Not only existing customers, but also the marketing department will approach them, so we often conduct interviews and make proposals to new customers who are in the stage of considering development measures.
    We combine and link a wide range of products, such as in-house training, schools, and online services, to solve our customers' problems, while designing and proposing overall training measures.
    At times, we may discuss the training system as a whole, and we will make proposals while having many discussions with the customer.
    I make hypotheses about the causes and solutions of problems and make proposals, and when I hear people saying, "This is exactly what I wanted to do," I feel like I'm at the starting line of problem solving, and I feel it's worthwhile. increase.

  5. What I want to achieve in my future career

    In the short term, I want to contribute to the growth of many companies as a corporate sales person in terms of human resources and Organization. To that end, while working to strengthen my own management skills, I would like to face various management issues at the business site and work together with customers to find solutions.
    As society changes, we will have to come into contact with a variety of training themes, but I would like to further cultivate the ability to think through the basics of management.
    In the medium to long term, I would like to directly contribute to the learning of business GLOBIS by giving lectures at GLOBIS and become a person who can influence many people Organization We aim to be a presence that can lead.

    We all have different backgrounds, so there is diversity, and we all have different values and ways of thinking.
