  1. Previous job industry/work

    Joined a major general printing company as a new graduate. I was in charge of corporate sales for a major cosmetics and beverage manufacturer, and was involved in the planning, production, and production of product promotion measures.

  2. Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?

  3. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS

    Before joining the company, I was very nervous because I had an image of everyone being logical and doing their work coolly and quietly. It's true that logical communication is required in discussions, but there were more events than I expected where people could casually chat over the boundaries of departments.
    Also, I was surprised that everyone in the company has a “only one axis” and "kokorozashi", and that there is a culture where we can talk openly without being ashamed of it. I still remember how excited I told my family, ``Is there such a passionate, self-propelled Organization in today's Japan?''
    Many people are full of intellectual curiosity, and many voluntary study groups and reading groups are held, so as long as you are at GLOBIS, it seems that you will never be hungry for stimulation.

  4. What is your current job?

    In the corporate sales department, we provide support for solving human and Organization issues of small and medium-sized enterprises.
    Based on hypotheses, we discuss the conditions necessary to realize the customer's strategy with the person in charge of development, and propose the optimal training program while sorting out the differences from the current situation.
    Our team, which has many business partners, focuses on the verbalization and operation of the "sales model (points that must be absolutely suppressed in order to achieve results)". Through kata, the team's recognition and activity foundation became stable, each member's issues and strengths became clear, and mutual follow-up became much easier. There is also a real feeling that the accuracy of determining the information necessary for customers and the timing has improved.
    In addition, with the aim of building a relationship where customers will be the first to speak to us, I am involved in email measures for disseminating training examples and trends, as well as part of the creation of information pages for corporations.
    An environment where you can think outside the box and take on challenges autonomously leads to broader perspectives and more fun.

  5. What I want to achieve in my future career

    I want to increase the number of active Organization in Japan. Therefore, we want to create opportunities for as many people as possible to realize their potential. That is my "kokorozashi".
    In the short term, I want to deliver the joy of earnest learning to as many business people as possible while building relationships with many client companies as a sales person.   6. Episodes that felt "GLOBIS-like"
