  1. Previous job industry/work

    My previous job was HR at a telecommunications company.
    The chance to be involved in human resources for the launch of a telecommunications business appealed to me so much that I changed jobs in 2019. (Prior to that, I worked in sales and human resources at a general chemical company that I joined as a new graduate in 2011.)
    In my previous job, as a human resource, I was mainly engaged in hiring engineers. In the engineering department, we face the questions such as "What are the most suitable human resources to create Organization?" and "How and where to hire such people?" and contributed to the formation Organization. I also went overseas and hired people from all over the world. Also, I faced to the question of "how can the entire recruiting team contribute more to the business department?" and worked hard to improve Organization strength of the entire recruitment team.

  2. Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?

    The first reason is that I feel that GLOBIS has a growing field. In my previous job, I recruited engineers from all over the world as human resources and created Organization with the business department. My boss at that time was someone who had an overseas MBA. Seeing this person approaching Organization and human resources issues from the perspective of the management team and management made me strongly aware of my inadequacies and inadequacies. “I am confident that I am contributing to the business by hiring people, but is this the way it is?” I began to think that further growth of myself is essential, and I want to grow even more!”
    The second reason is that GLOBIS is said to be the No. 1 MBA in Japan, and I felt that it has a high level of knowledge and achievements in developing leaders. At my previous job, I participated in an external program called the HR Leaders School for the 30s. At that time, I was very shocked to see a survey on "the decline in the presence of Japanese leaders in the world." While conducting research in a team, I came to ask myself questions such as "How can I become a leader?" and "How can Japan produce leaders one after another?" From that time on, I began to research MBA little by little.
    At that time, I was given the opportunity to have a casual interview, and while talking with the people at GLOBIS, I felt that I would like to join GLOBIS, Organization that is a pioneer in developing leaders in Japan, and further promote it. Now
    Ultimately, I decided to join the company because I felt that my personal growth was directly linked to the provision of value to customers, and that I could achieve my goals.

  3. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS

    The truth is that there is no big gap. It's exactly as I imagined, in a good way. The impression I had before joining the company was that I could grow and take on challenges on my own terms. Regarding this point, I felt that there is a solid development system in place (I have the impression that it continues to improve), and that the environment provides appropriate support for me to grow and take on challenges. In addition, there is also the aspect of gathering and absorbing the necessary knowledge on your own while facing customers on a daily basis and working with them to solve problems.
    In terms of challenges, I like the word "individual explosion" that I heard after joining the company. I personally understand that by having your own ambitions and exploding your individuality, you can contribute to the development of customers, society, and GLOBIS.

  4. What is your current job?

    Since joining the company in 2021, I have been working as a consultant in GLOBIS Corporate Education to contribute to the growth of our clients.
    Specifically, it starts with interviewing and exchanging opinions about Organization and human resource issues of the customers (about 5 to 10 companies) in charge. At that time, we will utilize the knowledge accumulated by GLOBIS and the information organized by researching books and other media. After that, we identify the issues together with the customer and propose GLOBIS solutions (for example, a program for early selection and development of human resources who will lead the next generation of management). After making a proposal, we will promote the project as a partner who jointly develops Organization and human resources, and implement the solution together with related parties inside and outside the company.
    In the work of GLOBIS consultants, it is very important to keep learning (MBA, books, colleagues, lecturers, in-house training, etc.) because the external environment and issues in which our clients are placed continue to change. I believe that my own learning and growth is a job that is directly linked to the value I provide to customers, and I am striving for self-growth every day.
    In addition to the above work, I also participate in projects in my own department and work on the question, "How can we become a better Organization?"

  5. What I want to achieve in my future career

    Our short-term ambition is to grow ourselves further and continue to increase the value we provide to our customers. We aim to "grow the customer's Organization and human resources further and become a strong Organization" in which we are involved.
    Our long-term ambition is to "contribute to the continuous production of world leaders from Japan." In addition to contributing as GLOBIS, I would like to continue exploring this "question", create my own systematized method, and be able to disseminate it.

  6. Episodes that felt "GLOBIS-like"

    I feel GLOBIS style every day. For me, what makes GLOBIS unique is “support.” We have a training system in place after joining the company, and we continue to support the growth of each individual. I feel that this is because Organization fosters an awareness that individual growth leads to Organization growth, which in turn leads to contributions to customers and society.
    For example, in terms of our training system, we spend about one year after joining the company to develop the skills necessary for a consultant through training in addition to practical training. These skills include the ability to interact with customers, exchange opinions, and develop proposals, as well as the ability to design optimal training programs based on the customer's real challenges.

MESSAGE

Message for those who are thinking about job change to GLOBIS

 Through casual interviews and interviews, isn't GLOBIS a wonderful environment where I can achieve my aspirations? Little by little, I began to think, and decided to join the company. I personally think that there is also a stance to confirm through casual interviews and interviews, "I want to do something like this, but is it possible to achieve it at GLOBIS? How about the environment?"

First of all, I want you all to think once about what do you want to become and achieve, and share your energy with GLOBIS when feeling it coming from within you!
