Assessment Department
MISSION
Accelerate human resource and Organization development through "measurement" and "visualization," and promote corporate Create and innovate

Assessment Department
Assessment is one of the services that make up the human resource and Organization development solutions offered by GLOBIS Corporate Education. Through the planning, development, marketing, and sales promotion of unique assessments, we support the "Create and innovate of companies."About department
The mission of GLOBIS Assessment Department is to accelerate human resource and Organization development through measurement and visualization, and to promote corporate Create and innovate. We envision a society in which each individual realizes their own potential and everyone can grow.
Our role is to "understand the current situation through assessment, create a cycle of learning based on issues, and support Ability Development and Organization building," and we are working to create and evolve services that measure the behaviors, skills, and qualities necessary for business people.
The assessment test "GMAP," which was launched in 1997, five years after the founding of GLOBIS in 1992, measures and visualizes the thinking ability, Management Knowledge, and skills necessary to achieve business results, and has supported the decision-making and learning of many companies and business people.
Now, with human capital management and personalized learning gaining attention, the possibilities for assessment are expanding more than ever. With the evolution of technology showing no signs of stopping, "visualization of human resources" and "continuous Ability Development" are among the factors that determine a company's competitiveness.
Against this background, the Assessment Department, which was launched in 2025, is a team that handles product development, marketing, and sales promotion in a seamless manner, and is challenging itself to create new value.
Medium- to long-term vision
Assessment has the power to unlock people's potential.
Until now, assessments have been used to measure human resources with objective indicators in situations such as hiring and promotion, to determine pass/fail decisions, and to determine suitability for transfers. This is an activity in which others evaluate people. However, in the coming age, we believe that assessments should play the role of "a compass for getting to know yourself and growing on your own."
For example, we want mobile devices to visualize lifestyle habits and support better daily life. Just as medical checkups serve as an opportunity to maintain good health. We want assessments to be a "chance for growth" for businesspeople.
GLOBIS is a company that believes in the potential of people. We aim to be the undisputed No. 1 in the following areas:
1. No.1 in Japan for assessments that measure thinking ability
2. No. 1 in Japan for assessments measuring Management Knowledge (achieved)
Not to be evaluated by others, but to realize the potential of each and every person.
We are looking for people to join us in creating this future.
Division characteristics
In order to achieve "standardized services" and "provision to a wide range of customers," each and every member, whether in the front or back office, takes management as their own responsibility, thinks from the perspective of the entire Organization and overall optimization, and approaches and acts on a daily basis.
We believe that pursuing both quality and quantity at the same time, rather than thinking of them as an either/or choice, will lead to providing high-quality service to as many customers as possible. Based on this belief, our members are thoroughly committed to both providing sincere service to each and every customer (quality) and carrying out efficient work with an awareness of standardization (quantity).
Organization takes even one request from a client seriously. We don't just listen to the request, but always consider the impact it will have on all of our clients and services. Even if it is just one request, if it is beneficial for all of our clients, we will think outside the box and review, improve, and evolve our service approach.
In this way, members who think and act from the perspective of overall optimization keep the cycle of improvement going on daily throughout Organization, which is what enables us to operate a service that achieves double-digit growth every year and support the growth of GLOBIS' corporate business.
Interdepartmental collaboration/
synergy
■ Collaboration with GLOBIS Corporate Education that handles the customer front:
GLOBIS 'GLOBIS Corporate Education proposes and provides optimal solutions that combine multiple services to help customers solve their problems.
Our sales consultants, who work closely with customers and have a deep understanding of their challenges, and our assessment department, which specializes in assessment services, will work together to meet customer needs across the entire GLOBIS.
This collaboration goes beyond simply introducing our services; it also gives our assessment department an opportunity to understand the trends of our client companies and gain hints for improving our services.
■ Collaboration with the research and development department and other service departments (training, schools, digital services):
In some cases, clients have used multiple GLOBIS services at the same time, such as taking assessment tests before and after training, and using training and digital services for learning.
When using multiple services in combination, if the definitions of words differ between the services or if the usability of the services varies significantly, the value of the solution will be halved.
To prevent such inconveniences from occurring, we work closely with the research and development department to create services, and with the service departments working together to create a unified customer experience. By working together across departments in various areas, we aim to improve the value of our services and maximize the value we deliver to our customers.
