INTERVIEW
  1. Previous job industry/work

I joined a human resources service company as a new graduate and engaged in sales of temporary staffing and staffing services, making proposals to corporate customers and supporting job seekers.
After that, I changed my job to a web advertising agency as a salesperson, and was involved in advertising distribution and delivery operations for corporate customers.

  2. Why did you decide to join GLOBIS?

Frankly, it was because I had an image of being able to work positively. As a decision axis when changing jobs, I wanted to value "sympathy for products, business models, and visions" and "attractiveness of people who work together".
I first learned about GLOBIS when I attended GLOBIS training at my previous job. When I learned the basics of logical thinking, I was able to realize the importance of reconciling assumptions and increasing the number of means and ways of thinking for problem solving, and I was deeply impressed.
Not only did I trust the services provided by GLOBIS and sympathize with its vision, but I also felt a sense of warmth and a good fit with the company's open atmosphere and communication style during the subsequent interviews.

  3. Gap felt before and after joining GLOBIS

I remember being shocked that the culture of “Individual Discretion and Responsibility” was truly embodied. During the selection process before joining the company, I was asked about it in advance, partly because I was politely communicated, but many people are committed to results even if there are no detailed rules. It was more than I imagined.
Both the first and second companies hired many new graduates, and they were both companies with a relatively youthful culture. On the other hand, GLOBIS, which has many mid-career hires, is self-directed in a good way, calm, and very easy to communicate with, and I remember feeling comfortable. And that impression hasn't changed since I joined the company.
In addition, I think that the flexibility of respecting individual lifestyles, intentions, and intentions to do things without being bound by rigid ideas and rules also leads to a sense of comfort.

  4. What is your current job?

My main task is to support corporate sales members so that they can conduct sales activities smoothly.
Specifically, I work with 3 to 5 sales members to guide customers on application procedures, respond to inquiries, extract reports and build systems related to sales promotion. By accurately understanding the intentions of requests from sales members and customers and being conscious of responding one step ahead, we are able to build a relationship where they can rely on us with peace of mind.
In addition, it is important to voluntarily make additional proposals in sales support while calculating back from the order target and reconciling the sense of issues.
Sales members are engaged in highly difficult solution sales involving multiple products, so we ourselves, who are in charge of support, need to update information on a daily basis. Therefore, although there are steady tasks, we regularly hold MTG within the team so that we can work from the bottom up as a team rather than playing individually, and actively share information and look at each other.
The atmosphere of the team is bright, and we have a relationship where we can exchange opinions on a flat basis.

  5. What I want to achieve in my future career

I would like to realize both the challenge of management and the challenge of other occupations within the company.
Recently, the number of members of the sales support team has increased, and it is time to expand the support area, so I am conscious of demonstrating leadership while valuing a shared vision so that we can improve each other with a sense of unity as a team. increase. And I would like to grow so that I can eventually be entrusted with team management.
Also, regarding the direction of my career, I would like to take advantage of the breadth of my experience as sales support (planning, operations, marketing, etc.) and challenge various positions within the company.
It's an environment where people actively support what I want to do, so I'd like to continue to consciously create points of contact both inside and outside the company and enjoy expanding my career.

  6. Episodes that felt "GLOBIS-like"

In terms of relationships with sales and other departments, I think it's GLOBIS to be able to exchange opinions on a flat basis regardless of company history or position.
It is precisely because I am able to formulate a strategy together with the sales staff in charge and create a system for systematic implementation that my opinions and ideas are reflected in services and operations, and the process of service evolution is rewarding. You can
Also, there are people with different backgrounds. The team I belong to also has a wide variety of industries, such as human resources, advertising, finance, and civil servants, and not only general clerical work, but also experience in sales, PR, planning, etc. .
In order to be active, there is no such thing as "No matter what experience you have, it is NG". If anything, I feel that ``the attitude of trying to help and respect each other'' and ``the attitude of being flexible and positive about things'' are also characteristics of GLOBIS.

MESSAGE

Message for those who are thinking about job change to GLOBIS

GLOBIS is a company that you can confidently introduce to your loved ones.

I believe that changing jobs is the first step in discovering new possibilities for yourself and achieving further growth.

I am currently in my third company after GLOBIS jobs. As for the direction of my career, one of the factors is that I can challenge various positions and expand my career. It is precisely because of this realization that I have introduced GLOBIS to my friends, and I have friends who are now working together because of the fate.

By all means, I would like to work with someone who is bright and can tackle things positively!
