Ambitious and driven sales professional to support marketing activities and help expand our English MBA programs within Japan.



Japan’s largest business school, GLOBIS University, is rapidly growing in its aim to develop visionary leaders who create and innovate societies.


In order to achieve our aim of becoming Asia’s No. 1 Business School, we are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional who can support sales activities and help us expand the market for our global MBA programs in Japan.


We have three English MBA programs at GLOBIS University:

1.One-year Full-time MBA Program

2.Two-year Part-time On-campus MBA Program

3.Two-year Part-time Online MBA Program




・Introduce the key features and strengths of our MBA programs to prospective applicants through one-on-one consultations, presentations at workshops and trial classes, and other events in Tokyo and online

・Provide attentive support and information to new students to maximize their study experience and realize their potential as business leaders

・Work with admissions to provide clear and timely application information to prospective applicants

・Effectively track sales numbers and devise creative strategies to achieve quarterly goals

・Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategies and supporting materials (e.g. brochures, website)

・Actively engage with the GLOBIS community to leverage relationships which can benefit the organization

・Develop new channels through external partnerships and collaborations

・Travel to cities such as Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka in Japan once or twice per quarter to engage in recruitment and promotional activities







具体的職務は、オープンキャンパス等に来校するなど、何らかの形で我々と接点のあった受講生候補者の皆様にPre-MBA生(英語単科生)、MBA生(英語本科生)になっていただくための個別相談を実施頂きます。加えて、各種営業施策の立案と実施、またそれぞれの施策の効果検証を行っていただきます。 また、英語MBAプログラムインターナショナルマーケティングチームの業務内容は多岐にわたり、以下も状況に応じて担当いただきます。












・国際的な職場環境 (チームの国籍数は8か国にわたります。)




・3+ years professional work experience in a sales-related role

・Passion and proven ability to achieve consistent sales results

・Strong interpersonal skills and a highly social disposition in order to foster positive relationships with customers and team members

・Able to work on weekday nights and weekends (flexible shifts are available)

・Business school experience (MBA) or interest in getting an MBA (or a Master’s Degree)

・Excellent all-round communication skills

・Native level Japanese, business level English





・イベントのために平日晩、週末勤務ができる (それぞれ週1回程度。スーパーフレックス制度を活用し、勤務時間は柔軟に調整可能です。)






  • 職務経歴書 (a document explaining your career history, roles, and achievements)

  • 履歴書 (a document explaining your general information and academic background)

  • エッセー「グロービスで何をしたいのか」(A4一枚程度)をファイルで準備頂き、次のページで添付ください。(Essay (around 1 page), topic: “Why do you wish to apply to GLOBIS?”)



Full-time position


《Working Hours》
Flex Time System (flexible work hours with monthly quota)
・Core time is from 2 - 5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
・1 or 2x a month work on a weekend may be necessary, and a late shift on a weekday 1x a week can occur. Schedules are flexible and can adjusted where necessary.



・20 paid holidays (can be carried over to the next year), excluding probation period
・New Year’s period (from December 29 to January 4), marriage leave, condolence holiday, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, long-service leave (after 5 and 10 consecutive years)

・Salary depends on work experience, skills and abilities
