Japan’s largest business school, GLOBIS University is rapidly growing in its aim to develop visionary leaders who create and innovate societies. In order to achieve our aim of becoming Asia’s No. 1 Business School, we are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional who can support sales activities and help us expand the market for our English MBA programs in Japan, worldwide, and online.

We have 3 MBA programs at GLOBIS University:

1.One-year Full-time MBA Program (FT-MBA)

2.Two-year Part-time On-campus MBA Program (PT-MBA)

3.Two-year Part-time Online MBA Program (OL-MBA)


・Draw on a wide professional network to build brand recognition among Japan’s international community, overseas communities, and online communities

・Introduce the key features and strengths of our MBA programs to prospective applicants through one-on-one consultations, open campuses (trial class) and other events in Japan, overseas, or online

・Provide attentive support and information to new students to maximize their study experience and realize their potential as business leaders

・Work with admissions to provide clear and timely application information to prospective applicants

・Actively engage with the GLOBIS community to leverage relationships which can benefit the organization

・Effectively track sales numbers and devise creative strategies to achieve quarterly goals

・Collaborate with marketing staff to develop sales materials (e.g. brochures, websites) and utilize sales tools to maximize efficiency

・Coordinate and negotiate with vendors worldwide, finding new suitable sales channels and partners

・Contribute to development of online program by welcoming online students inside and outside of classes

・Travel to main cities such as Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka  in Japan once or twice per month to recruit students to our online MBA program.




具体的職務は、オープンキャンパス等に来校するなど、何らかの形で我々と接点のあった受講生候補者の皆様にPre-MBA生(英語単科生)、MBA生になっていただくための個別相談を実施頂きます。加えて、各種営業施策の立案と実施、またそれぞれの施策の効果検証を行っていただきます。 また、英語MBAプログラムインターナショナルマーケティングチームの業務内容は多岐にわたり、以下も状況に応じて担当いただきます。








# 但し、全般の業務の優先度に応じて所属・業務などについては随時変更を行います。



・3+ years professional work experience

・Passion and proven ability to achieve consistent sales results

・Strong interpersonal skills and a highly social disposition in order to foster positive relationships with customers and team members

・Able to occasionally work on weekday nights and weekends (flexible shifts are available)

・Business school experience (MBA) or interest in getting an MBA (or a Master’s Degree)

・Excellent all-round communication skills

・Native level English required, fluency in Japanese preferred (JLPT N2 level)

Full-time position


《Working Hours》
・Working hours are flexible making shifts possible (monthly hours must be met)
・Work on weekday evenings can be required (e.g. for sales events)
・In general weekends are off unless a sales event takes place (substitute day off possible)


・20 paid holidays (can be carried over to the next year), excluding probation period
・New Year’s period (from December 29 to January 4), marriage leave, condolence holiday, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, long-service leave (after 5 and 10 consecutive years)


《Salary and Benefits》
・Salary depends on work experience, skills and abilities
・Profit-sharing in summer and winter (available from second year of employment)
